In 1989, just before the troubles started in the region, I was fortunate to sail, together with 6 of my best friends, from Dubrovnik towards Albanian border. Stopped at Budva and visited Kotor Bay. I think it was there I was swimming with a dolphin, what an experience. That time, you could feel the tension in the air, some places were not safe to go to either.

Your story took me back to those memories, of that late summer sailing trip. Thank you so much!
