Fantastic story; I've read the first 3 chapters now and love 'em. One troublesome thing in this chapter is his moving from anal to vaginal and back and forth. Many germs live in the anus (anybody's!) and can cause serious complications if they're transferred into the vagina. It's not feasible for him to wash his dick with soap & hot water before going back to her cunt, so you really need to pick one hole or the other per fuck. Or go from vagina to anus and stay there.
