Overall your detail oriented writing is good, however I see a few problem areas for sure and one thing that is in this story among others you've written is having grandma part of the harem... Just doesn't do it for me, but I guess whatever floats your boat. Sometimes less is more and I would love your stories so much more if you learned this lesson and learned how to spread out the sex scenes and give us more plotline and dialogue, different sceneries etc in between so we have an actual story to read instead of pages of "ohhh GOD fuck me" over and over repeatedly.

Premises like this I never really understand or believe.
