This is a really nice start. I like the direction you are taking it in. It was a little disappointing that i didn't get to read more, but i eagerly await the next chapter.

There isn't enough Story here to properly assess its merit, but ic could lead to a good story, with Mike becoming aggressively intimate with his aunt and then his mother, and then reaching out to their friends, his school teachers, and his dad finally twigging onto the reason for hi emergence as a "hunk" that could make out with any woman he saw, and start on the pills himself. Some interesting couplings could emerge.
