Damn, did Red just go down in flames? Wow! Very fitting ending..though part of me wanted Sheriff Reed to keep Red as his lover. She actually softened up and all that jazz.

Sevmax beat me to the punch. I had the same thoughts as he did, namely, that the sheriff would end up sticking his daughter Red on a regular basis. Still, Mondo has written a great story full of angst, tragedy, and corruption. Helluva ride. Five big ones.

This is really great! Please post chapter 22 soon. Really eager to find out how Leslie will get her Humbert back after everything that happened. Would be interesting to see her trying to blackmail him again after he stubbornly refuses to talk to her.

Wow, this one just left me on the edge. Please post the next chapter real soon. Would like to know what's going on with Leslie, maybe they end up together with Red or Humbert. The suspense is killing me. Great story, looking forward to the next one

This is by far the best series ever written

Awesome story without a doubt denoting a spectacularly talented author...

But yo you gotta stay on and finish this project it's just been too long building our expectations. The instalments/entries to this story are too far on between and infrequent, not to mention the prolonged periods of absence. This is killing me and other definite fans I know of waiting alongside me with baited breath. You need to commit to finishing this instead of moving to writing different stories constantly whilst having not finished this one. I know you have a life and all and this must just be a side project. Just saying it's anguish having to read other stories you post while this one remains on hiatus, in all honesty it's not fair to your readers either. I've been following this serious like all your others since their first instalments. It's frustrating is all

I believe I've addressed the long hiatus regarding this story; the other stories posted were written very long ago, but not posted. I wanted to give the readers content while I worked on my main stories.

I've had a very tumultuous last five years; please don't make it hard. There are four chapters left in this series.

I'm working on the next installment, right now.
