good read -- yet glitchy

at least 2 maybe 3 times the story slips from telling the story to the reader to speaking to "you = Claire" -- this is disruptive to the reading of it. It sounds as if originally it was written the 2nd way. The way most of it is, 1st person narrative to an uninvolved reader is better in my opinion. Making it consistent will make it a great read.
