Mexico girl left before the wedding day, for another big city. she lived there, like a normal girl, work, made friends, and dated. eventually, one day, she found a sophisticated and nice guy, they lived together happily. she didn't want to be a slave anymore.

Well written-- I could almost imagine it happening to me. Very bittersweet ending that makes it even more believable.
