I presume that her infantile reactions and portrayal of her as underage (yet to grow up) are not because you're trying to circumvent the Lit rules on child rape, are because she's mentally handicapped. So he's tapping his special needs niece and emotionally raping his entire family, which sends to be his real pleasure point.
