I enjoyed the setup of this story and I like your writing style. When Brad and his mother forced him to watch, I thought 'Forced cuckold, this might get interesting', but you didn't develop the idea.

This next comment is intended as constructive criticism and I hope it helps with your future output. IMO you lost your focus and the story was a little confused.

The mother's character was established with her wanting Sam to watch her have sex with Brad. Once on camera and then in the bedroom. That established her as a very naughty lady.

She wanted to give Sam an 'education' and when she told him to stop masturbating, you hinted at her being dominant. Then you turned it into a love story and that confused me. The story started one way and finished in another.

A lot more tenderness is needed for a love story and I didn't feel any love between his mother and Brad.

I was really hoping for some redemption at the end, but Sam knucklesBaSXmo under to her demand that he help raise the kid.

This fits nicely with Pam and her Son. Unfortunately, I identify more with Sam or Steve than Cole, but this is Pam's story and she deserves to be happy.
