Well written content. Only complaint I have is every chapter seems to be the same thing, one character or another is forcibly taken/addicted to your main character. Is there any redemption in sight for all his victims?

Good story, but the "stupid noises" bit has got to end. Every time a woman gets off, Jake always comments to himself on them saying something "stupidly" or making stupid sounds, and it's coming off as infantile on his part.
