Reading an 18K word story from "CuntCockCum2Taste" whose bio reveals nothing, offered without tags, is an act of faith, right up there with eating a tuna sandwich you find under the seat on a cross-town bus. I read most of it, and while you write well, it wasn't really my thing. Use the tags so the reader can be informed about what he/she might be interested in reading.
