Excellent, I hope you are working on chapter 3, because this is really good stuff.

Some of the revelations this chapter turned me off. The picture i got was that she was sexual abused growing up by her father. It was not consensual and that kinda takes some of the life (to me) out of a story like this.

Finally the son shows some humanity instead of the abusive prick he was in part one.

I also get the feeling she was abused by her dad.
