I love the idea of some shady group of people slowly brainwashing people, adding each person to its ranks and growing slowly and unstoppable, but I wish we'd gotten more detail on them. Leaving things shady and uncertain can add a lot, but this feels like it crossed the line and left things a little too ambiguous
