I was right! You are a good writer! Just reading the comments before mine, proves that you should keep writing. You don't have to rush your writing. I follow other authors who some of them attend school full time, and they post once a month give or take a week either way. So you have no excuse to stop.

I think this story needs one more chapter before you start your next story. Nicholas and Lara need to in the very least see each other face to face. What ever else they do and how it ends? That's what I think anyway.

This chapter, more so than the others, needs a fair amount of editing. It looks like it was rushed because there are a lot of words which are kind of close in spelling to the word you meant to use but are a bit off (like Moral and Mortal)

Anon - I requested an editor for help but had no luck so I've had to do this solo and have struggled somewhat. I apologize for casual mistakes but I'm trying to juggle a lot of things at the moment, plus I'm doing this solely out of passion in my free time so if there are mistakes - or if my work so far has been shoddy and badly in need of editing - I'm hoping people can forgive the silly mistakes and appreciate the story if possible. I received messages asking when the next chapter would be available and felt bad for not submitting sooner so I did rush certain parts but when it comes down to it, it’s just a simple story that I’m putting my spare time into creating - I hope for nothing more than for people to read it and hopefully enjoy it. I'm sorry if the mistakes upset some people but when it comes down to it, I hope they can appreciate that it's easy to miss small things when you're doing it yourself and when your eyes start to strain reading a line over and over in hopes of not missing out a letter here or there. I can overlook the typo's and similar but incorrect words as the story is strong enough. There were a few confusing parts there which an editor would have been able to help you with, but, and especially given the quality of a lot of submissions on LE I think you are doing a great job.
