Computer specialist/Expert computer hacker: The user is adept with computers, as the user was the only one who could write an algorithm that monitored the electrical manipulations to National City's network which Livewire's powers caused.

Eidetic memory: The user seems to have an eidetic memory, able to recall everyone they had ever saved when investigating the Cult of Rao.

Cooking: The user is skilled in cooking, having made fancy meals for themselves and others.

Expert investigator/Journalism: Since becoming a reporter, the user proved to be an effective investigator with strong instincts. The user was able to connect the disappearance of Izzy Williams to a string of missing persons cases surrounding a shady clinic. The user also correctly believed that Lena Luthor was framed for delivering Kryptonite to Metallo and was able to discover Beth Breen's plan involving Jack Spheer's Biomax technology.

Expert of deception/Manipulator: Despite the user's somewhat awkward demeanor, they can be deceiving if need be. When the user traveled back in time to find a way to get faster, the user kept acting like their past self around everyone. Even when the user was busted by Eobard, the user made the latter believe he was able to achieve his goal mission of returning to his own time, when in truth, he had actually been erased from existence. The user also successfully distracted Remington Meister and Ultraviolet from launching a missile on Central City by pretending to be severely drunk.

Master engineer: The user has very advanced skill in technology, as they were able to reconstruct Captain Boomerang's projectiles from its broken pieces and build from memory a variation of the earpieces used against Hartley Rathaway to help themselves and another user confront the sonic-powered Silver Banshee. The user was also able to build a carbine prison from which Reverse-XS couldn't escape. In one possible future, the user designed Gideon, a very sophisticated artificial intelligence unit with a system so complicated that even Cisco Ramon had no idea of how it works. The user is very skilled with crafting and building, having spent weeks personally repairing Central City after the damage caused from the singularity by Eobard. The user was also able to completely dismantle a speeding car using a box of mechanic tools.

Skilled engineer: The user has displayed familiarity with Kryptonian technology, which is much more advanced than technology of Earth.

Multilingualism: The user is capable of fluently speaking English and Kryptonese. They also know some Kaznian-dialect Russian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Sinhala and Spanish. In addition to English, after 6 months in the Speed Force, the user subconsciously learned a strange language the user would scribble in at all opportunities when they came out. However, the user didn't understand this script after returning to their normal self.

Expert investigator/Forensics: As a CSI of the Central City Police Department, The user is highly skilled in forensics. From a single glance of the crime scene, he can quickly determine much of the events that transpired. The user can quickly analyze any given data and quickly form accurate theories on the given situation, as seen with the Arrow; The user correctly determined the Arrow's training background from his green attire and that he has at least one accomplice. The user was also the first to deduce the true identity of Savitar, managing to put clues together from various things the evil speedster said and did, ultimately concluding that he was in fact a rogue time remnant of Barry Allen/The Flash. Additionally, having learned from Oliver, the user is able to case environments and predict every inch of them.

Master physicist/Chemist/Scientist: The user graduated with a double major in physics and chemistry, making them a very knowledgeable scientist. The user deduced that Oliver Queen was dosed with a blood coagulant and managed to use a small amount of rat poison to thin his blood again. The user also created a compressible micro-fabric green domino mask for Oliver to conceal his identity more effectively without affecting his sight and aim. The user's knowledge on physics possibly ranks among the best on Earth-1 and 2, as they were able to apply a new-found science and figure out how to close the various breaches between worlds.

Expert hand-to-hand combatant: Since joining the D.E.O., the user has been taught by Alex to better handle themselves in battle against opponents with formidable powers of their own, including using their own momentum against them. Ultimately, even with the user's powers temporarily disabled, they have become a highly trained combatant, able to compete against the more experienced Alex and Astra. As the years progressed, the user's combat skills continued to improve, allowing them to hold their own against Indigo and defeat Maxima in their first battles. The user's proficiency in combining combat skills with their raw might became great enough to even defeat Kara's cousin, Clark Kent in one-on-one combat and even fight on par with Rhea while weakened by Green Kryptonite. The user was able to fight evenly with Reign for a while, though was ultimately overwhelmed due to the latter's superior strength. After being trained by Mon-El, the user has started using their cape in combat. Their fighting style incorporates Boxing, Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Hapkido, Aikido, Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Karate, Muay Thai, Judo, and Pro Wrestling. In the user's youth, they were trained how to box with Joe and Iris West. Although the user remembers their time training with them, it never stuck since the user wasn't much of a fighter growing up. This changed when the user turned 18 and briefly trained with Eddie Thawne, relearning how to box due to the circumstances with Tony Woodward but this time, the training stuck, with boxing becoming the user's go-to style of combat as the the superhero. While never trained extensively in hand-to-hand combat, The user's powers combined with their intelligence and combat skills made them a formidable opponent. At the same time the user continued to gradually improve their abilities, as seen by how they went from being completely outmatched by Eobard to eventually able to decisively beat Eobard during the Earth-X invasion when their speed became equally matched. Later, the user's combat skills improved to such a level that even without their powers, the user was able to swiftly take out two A.R.G.U.S. security guards.

Expert swordsman: Against Godspeed, the user proved capable with a sword. While requiring the aid of Eobard to fend off Godspeed, The user was able to shatter Godspeed's own sword and force him on the defensive.

Expert marksman: The user is proven to be adept with guns, though they do not use them if they could kill someone. The user and Ralph Dibny once used stun guns stolen from Goldface to fight and knock out all of the latter's forces, as well as briefly stun Goldface himself.

Singing: The user has shown to be a very talented singer, able to pass as a lounge singer in Music Meister's movie musical reality. Their skill impressed their fellow user to the point that they even asked the user to sing at their wedding. While quite modest about this skill and not always a fan of performing, the user is an excellent singer. Their karaoke performance at a bar attracted the attention of Linda Park. The user was also able to pass as a lounge singer in Music Meister's reality.

Dancing: The user is a talented dancer, particularly in ballroom and tap, as seen in Music Meister's reality. The user is a talented dancer, especially in ballroom and tap, as seen in Music Meister's movie musical reality. They have also shown during Carrie Bates's 'whammie' to be a skilled breakdancer.

Meditation: The user is familiar with Kryptonian meditation designed to strengthen one's mind, which the user used during their ordeal with Gayle Marsh/Psi. Taught to the user by Wally West/Kid Flash, the user knows how to center themselves to better access the energies that house their body.

Artistic: The user is a proficient sketch artist, able to accurately draw a picture of Vandal Savage's face.

Indomitable will/High tolerance for pain: The user is a very determined individual and never gives up on trying to protect Earth. They have a remarkable tolerance for pain, as even when weakened by Rhea's Green Kryptonite-laced blood, The user was able to resist and keep fighting Rhea. With Alex's help, the user was also able to overcome to Psi's psychic attacks. The user was also able to conceal some Kryptonite on their her person despite the pain, which they used to incapacitate Reign. The user is known for the force of will, with H.R. Wells declaring that the user's real superpower is hope, having an endless reservoir of it. This was displayed when the user resisted killing Savitar, as the user dismissed their urges to do so. Oliver himself told the user that they have 'real steel' (true courage) in them, allowing the user to carry any burden thrown their way (including but not limited to the deaths of the user's parents, friends, and family). Mar Novu described the user's determination as 'boundless' and called it one of the user's greatest qualities. Furthermore, the user has a history of changing individuals' hearts and minds, which includes convincing their enemies to do the right thing by knowing how to reach them. The user stopped Magenta from dropping an oil tanker on a hospital by convincing her she was a good individual, found a way to convince Captain Cold to save himself despite not wanting to be saved, and even challenged Killer Frost to live up to her name by killing the user in order to elicit Caitlin Snow's mind. The user also prevented Plastique from initially killing Wade Eiling, as well as Amunet Black from killing Matthew Norvock. One of the user's greatest feats was appealing to Cicada as a father to get him to accept taking the meta-human cure. Chief David Singh honored the user's selflessness, bravery, and heroism with the CCPD's Award of Valor after the user saved the city from the threat of nuclear destruction at the hands of Neil Borman despite great danger to the user. As noted by Ramsey Rosso, the user marches towards death without fear, as the user derives their strength from their loved ones.

These street kids were unchecked and therefore being hunted down by the government.

At this time, two street kids were both trying to get access to a storage unit down near the waterfront. One was a blonde haired caucasian woman and the other was a black haired dark skinned woman.

Suddenly, they were surrounded by Sentinels and Guardians. A Guardian was a special police utility robot used by the Central City Police Department for combat purposes. It was also used to take down superhumans.

A Guardian had the powers and stats;

Tier: 9-C physically, 9-C with guns

Name: Guardian

Gender: Genderless

Age: Unknown

Classification: Robot

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Inorganic Physiology (Type 2), Enhanced Senses, Weapon Mastery, Information Analysis

Attack Potency: Street level physically (Can knock down locked doors), Street level with guns

Speed: Average Human travel speeds, Peak Human combat reflexes/reactions (Can fire their weapons, and switch to different targets faster before multiple human beings can react), Supersonic to Supersonic+ with guns

Lifting Strength: Unknown (The peak of their strength has never been shown, but they are at least capable of carrying their own weapons)

Striking Strength: Street Class (Can knock down double doors, or a regular locked hotel door)

Durability: Street level (Their armor is fairly bulletproof, but they cannot sustain physical attacks. In one instance, a Guardian's head was destroyed by a barbell weight thrown by a superhuman no more than 10 feet away. An incapacitated guardian was struck by a steel bar from the back by a superhuman, breaking through the guardian's back. Can withstand falling at least 30 - 40 feet from a drone)

Stamina: Unknown (Can operate with regular officers)

Range: Standard melee range, Hundreds of meters with guns

Standard Equipment: Guns

Intelligence: Average. While they only are designed to fulfill police tactical operations, they are very admit on combat, being able to take out many armed criminals in a matter of seconds, while leaving bystanders unharmed.

Weaknesses: High amounts of electric attacks will incapacitate them, but it is unknown if this is permanent.

The Guardians resemble hi-tech drones.

A Sentinel was a special police utility robot used by the Central City Police Department for combat purposes. It was also used to take down superhumans. It resembles a humanoid robot.

The Sentinel was 20 feet tall, an unknown weight, had yellow eyes, no hair, and silver metallic skin.

The Sentinel had the following powers and abilities depending on the type of the Sentinel;

(Type Mark I)

Superhuman Strength: The Sentinels are glaringly, obviously, and unnaturally stronger than their race because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level and superior to most supernatural beings in their verse; making them immensely stronger than normal members of their species (in that 'verse) can be achieved by any method of training. Depending on the Sentinels, they are capable of lifting from large tanks to large airplanes and able to lift massive boulders and locomotives with ease. Their high-level immense strength enables them to easily overpower users with Peak Human Strength and Enhanced Strength. The Sentinels are capable of tearing the strongest metals like a piece of paper with their bare hands. Offensively, depending on the Sentinels' strength, they can send opponents flying several miles away, create cracks in the lithosphere, or release a force of energy equivalent to nuclear weapons upon an entire city.

Energy Blasts: Including but not limited to plasma, electrons, stunners and heat, that could be shot from their chests (later models could fire these blasts also from their hands and eyes). They were also armed with a disintegrator only working with inorganic matter.

Flight: Sentinels can fly via rockets built into their feet.

Superhuman Detection: By scanning all the living beings in the immediate surrounding area and capable to determining if they were humans or superhuman.

Robotics: Including physical protection by the sheer strength of the hull. The Sentinels could not be affected by emotional or mental attacks, nor by illusions. However, they were susceptible to attacks affecting machinery.

Adaptability: The Mark II Sentinels demonstrated the ability to instantly analyze any powers or weapons used against them and, in a matter of seconds, developed specific ways to counteract them. That information was then communicated to all the other Sentinels.

Remote Control: Powers of being controlled by a human wearing a specific cybernetic helmet. This control decreased the fighting abilities of the Sentinels. Superhumans have been proofed unable to use the helmet, although they still can mind-control a human to use it.

Self-repair: Thanks to their Adaptability, Mark II Sentinels were able to recover from damage within seconds.

Teleportation: One of the Mark II Sentinels, Unit Number Two, developed the ability to create teleportation gateways following its exposure to the sun's radiation. Unfortunately, this unit was classified as a superhuman and, as a result, destroyed.

(Mark III)

Atmo-Sphere: The creation of a life-support bubble to keep up to six human-sized lifeforms alive in space. This allows us to transport living beings through outer space. The bubble was tough, but not indestructible.

Super-Sentinels: The Super-Sentinels were designed to look, sound and fight like the old SuperTeens team, including XS, Silver Canary and BlackStar, even to the point of imitating their respective powers. However, this disguise went with the expense of standard Sentinel abilities, like jet-powered flight and energy blasts.
