Superhuman vision: As a superhuman, the user is able to see very far distances, presumably low superhuman levels.

Night vision: The user can see clearly in the dark.

X-ray vision: The user has the ability to see through objects, except for lead.

Superhuman hearing: The user has super-sensitive ears that can perfectly pick up sounds from miles away and even through structures.

Freeze breath: The user is able to exhale powerful gusts of air from their mouth which are similar to force winds. They can also cause the temperature of their breath to drop, therefore able to freeze nearly anything.

Superhuman speed: The user possesses the ability to move at hyper-sonic speeds, both through flight and on foot. Once they started to actually use their powers in a less restrained way, they were easily able to move at even greater supersonic speeds to the point where they could match a tachyon-enhanced speedster like Nora Snow-West, though it is worth noting that Nora can now without tachyons, easily go as fast as Mach 13 whereas the user's top speed peaks just over Mach 7. The user commonly uses their speed to appear and disappear faster than people can notice.

Accelerated perception: While using their super speed, the user sees everything much slower; allowing them to move with precision and accuracy within very fast moments.

Superhuman reflexes: The user's reflexes are so fast, they can respond to attacks within seconds.

Time deceleration: When the user and another superhuman ran around the Earth in opposite directions at just over Mach 7, they were able to generate enough centrifugal force to slow the Earth's rotation, along with time itself.

Superhuman strength: The user's strength is enhanced under a yellow sun, enough to easily kill a normal human if they were to attack them directly. After embracing their powers, the user's true potential started to manifest, allowing them to stop a train moving at Mach 1 or lift over a million tons of condensed star material. While not limitless, the extent of their super strength is undetermined; making them among the strongest terrestrial beings in the known multiverse. Despite their strength, the user still must physically exert themselves when fighting other super powered beings of similar levels of strength and durability, such as other empowered Kryptonians, as well as to lift or press objects or structures that are larger than themselves, such as planes or ships. They were also able to throw Fort Rozz at speed capable of reaching distance needing 12,233 years for message bottles arrive ( knowing technology already is MTFL+ in communication between planets/galaxies ) to another star system in 1.5 years, and could stop the Exodus ship, which was capable of reaching the other side of the universe in an instant. They can also rip apart pods able to survive massive meteor showers of Krypton's remnants or Krypton's massive explosion. They can, without trying, just bullrush through the Legion Ship, which withstood all underground Earthquakes for 13,000 years.

Thunderclap: When the user uses their super strength to clap their hands together, it creates a powerful shock-wave that throws enemies back. Even as a teenager, the user accidentally broke a small cliff. It also destroys glass, pushes objects away from them and disorients anyone nearby.

Superhuman jumping/Leaping: The user is able to jump several feet off the ground and leap several stories in a single bound without having to fly. Even as a child, they were able to leap onto a crashed car several feet away, and when trying to fly again after several years, they were at first only able to jump upwards two stories before shooting skyward.

Superhuman stamina: The user can run, fight or fly for long periods of time, without getting tired. Their stamina is even greater than that of Kara's cousin, Clark's, as they were able to defeat him in their confrontation (when he was under the influence of Silver Kryptonite at the time).

Extended longevity: As a superhuman and the powers that gain from the yellow sun, the user's life span is considerably longer than a normal human and likewise ages much slower.

Telepathy immunity: The user is immune to most forms of telepathic powers, even from someone as powerful as J'onn J'onzz, but not from the Dominator device, Psi or M'yrnn J'onzz.

Power bestowal via electricity: If the user is holding a person while electrocuted by lightning, their superhuman physiology allows them to affect the person, giving the person strange abilities; for example, Leslie Willis got her powers from the user when the latter was struck by lightning when touching Leslie.

Oxygen independence: The user can breathe in space.

Time travel: Being able to survive in space allows the user to travel through time if they find a temporal disruption in space.

Astral projection: Originally, with the help of a tachyon prototype, the users were able to project their minds into the Speed Force and communicate with it. Since being taught by Wally, and with increasing both their powers and understanding of the Speed Force, they have learned to do this of their own accord. This enables them to contact the other Forces whenever needed.

Superhuman aura: As a user of the Superhuman Physiology, the user can build up a protective aura. This allows them to withstand large gravimetric force and protects the environment from the harm caused by high-speed travel. They even built up their aura to be a billion times more powerful than the force of a black hole. This aura also seems to affect kinetic energy and inertia. This also lets them grab other individuals at high speed without their momentum and kinetic energy ripping them apart and survive impact with objects moving so fast with only minor injuries.

Energy absorption: The user is capable of absorbing energy that they injects themselves with, for more power.

Superhuman durability: The user possesses superhuman resilience, most commonly seen from being unaffected by momentum build-up. They can take impacts relatively unfazed that would easily kill normal humans. While not invulnerable nor immune to pain, they withstood powerful lightning bolts, concussive shock waves, sonic blasts and inhumanly strong strikes, only being momentarily stunned. After regaining their powers, their resilience has been greatly augmented, quickly rebounding from zombie-Girder's blows, who previously seriously injured the user in a single blow. They can also remain almost unharmed when falling from certain heights that would easily kill normal humans.

Superhuman mental process: The user's powers also augment their electro-chemical systems, nerve synapses, and brainwaves, and thought process. Granting them an eidetic memory and perfect recall, they take in and retain information just as fast and efficiently. Even while using their raw speed, they can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them. This lets them learn in a small fraction of the normal time, able to change their entire strategy in an instant and familiarize themselves with advanced new knowledge within seconds. The user's heightened mental capacity also lets them change their entire strategy in an instant; able to catch people completely off-guard after familiarizing themselves with their previous patterns. The user's brain activity became over five times faster than it had been previously.

Aerokinesis: The user can use their speed to generate air flows on various levels and for several effects. They can create vortexes to suffocate people or extinguish fires by forming it around them. They can create large and strong tornadoes, able to repel massive targets. Alternatively, they can use this skill to propel themselves through the air as a pseudo-form of flying. Later, they can use this build-up to gather and direct enough water into a tidal wave capable of dispelling a giant fire cyclone of over 6000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Interdimensional travel: The user can move fast enough to break open portals between dimensions, allowing them to travel to different universes. If desired, the user can also bring others with them as they did with Harry and Cisco to Earth-2. While originally they could not consciously control this, as their first solo use was done by accident and required assistance to return home, after greatly increasing their Superhuman connection, they can break open portals of their own accord and consciously chose their destination, even into the Speed Force itself.

Speed mirages: Taught by themselves, the user can generate illusions of themselves to make it appear as if they in many places at once, when in reality the user is simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. The user can create dozens of after-images. This allows the user to disorientate enemies and then catch them off guard from appearing to be in more than one place at a time. The user can also create a mirror speed projection, which they learned from fighting ColdSpeed in 2049.

Superhuman agility: The user has demonstrated flawless coordination, equilibrium and dexterity. The user can change direction with immediate sharp turns without sliding or losing balance and instantly stop running on the spot. The user can jump and run along falling debris and launch themselves tremendous distances without build-up. The user's efficiency of movement can even disassemble an entire speeding car in seconds.

Superhuman momentum: The user can generate great amounts of physical force through kinetic energy, simulating superhuman strength, even in a stationary position. Even little exertions from this build-up can generate tremendous force, able to knock a person out. They can propel themselves to jump tremendous heights and distances. They can also create substantial frictional force with any object they touch, and exert enough force to hurl people into the air. This seemingly negates the weight of their target, able to move about as if targets are frozen, even in mid-air. This also lets the user propel and manipulate the targets' flight path, including launched bullet with no loss of force and hurl them through a powerful barrier, followed by a person. They can completely remove the physical force from massive tidal waves, stabilize a giant singularity, or dispel F3 tornadoes by running around them. They can also snap their fingers to ignite flammable gas with the friction. After escaping the Speed Force, the users can generate enough force to break down the natural durability of a target, as they effortlessly shattered their way out of their meta-human cell. With enough momentum, they can generate a powerful sonic boom through their punch, able to destroy a crashing satellite.

Bodily vibration: The user can vibrate their body for various effects. This can mask their form from being clearly perceived or distort their vocal cords to disguise their voice. The user's vibrations can forcibly expel any toxins in the user. The user can also generate enough heat to recover and stay thermally insulated from extreme cold. Offensively, the user can vibrate their limbs to augment their strikes or seamlessly grind through highly solid targets, which the user can use to harm or kill a person.

Intangibility: By vibrating the user's molecules at the frequency of air, the user can physically pass through solid matter, even highly complex matter like carbine while in a universe of a different vibrational nature. The user can do this with multiple targets, saving an entire moving train with hundreds of passengers, as well as an entire plane with hundreds of passengers with the help of Kid Flash and XS. The user can also harmlessly pass through living individuals as the user did to escape Atom Smasher's grasp. The user can also vibrate just parts of their and other bodies, as the user phased their hand and Ralph Dibny's arm in order to eject a needle into the latter's elastic skin and give the user's blood. The user can extend this ability to others. During the user's final fight against Savitar, the user's efficiency could simultaneously shift the time remnant out of his armor and encase themselves in it. The user can also pass through one target while simultaneously making harmless contact with another. Alternatively, the user can passively phase through the target to incapacitate them.

Invisibility: The user can vibrate their body so fast that that the user can no longer be perceived by the human eye. When Clifford DeVoe trapped the user in a force-field prison that prevented the latter from phasing through it, the user did this in order to 'trick' Clifford DeVoe into releasing the user.

Seismokinesis: By vibrating at varying frequencies and with different levels of force, the user can create small tremors to induce extreme amounts of jolt on any target they touch, even disrupt the inter-molecular bonds and cause it to shatter. This can lead to many effects such as molecular combustion upon physical contact with the target. The user's vibrations can even shatter targets into fragments, as the user did to Savitar's armor once inside it. If the user wanted to, their vibrations could even destroy the world.

Temporal awareness: Even if the user is not responsible for any time alterations, the user can still remain somewhat unaffected by it; the user remembers that John Diggle and Lyla Michaels had a daughter instead of a son in the original timeline. The user is able to subconsciously detect when other speedsters enter the Speed Force to time travel. After learning that Nora West-Allen had been working with Barry's arch-enemy, the user told the young speedster that if she attempted to enter the dimension and travel back to the present, the user would feel it. Eobard Thawne later confirmed this to be the case, as it is one of the reasons for the user to create the Negative Speed Force to avoid Barry's detection.

Temporal dilution: By generating enough energy, the user can move so fast that time essentially slows down relative to the user in a large area, to a complete standstill. However, the user must continuously concentrate on this action as losing such focus will gradually speed back up again before ultimately returning to its original flow. The user can pull others into this state, however, non-speedsters will quickly tire from it as their bodies aren't accustomed to moving at such great speeds. Other speedsters can also remain unaffected by this even provided they retain enough stamina to expand their Speed Force energy. By running around the Earth in the opposite direction with another super fast being at Mach 7, the user can generate enough centrifugal force to slow the Earth's rotation and its flow of time.

Temporal regression: With the user's ability to shift through time, the user can also reverse the flow effects while running at a certain speed, while the user remains completely unaffected. Ultimately, the user can even grant themself a time do-over, wherein the user enters the past and 'merges' with the user's temporal counterpart to be fully immersed in the timeline.

Time remnant construct/temporal duplication: The user is able to 'create' a time remnant by traveling back to moments before their current-self time travels, hailing from a future that no longer exists. This allows the user to be two places at once, enabling the user to interact with the world for two separate actions simultaneously. If desired, the user can create dozens of time remnants at once.

Superhuman stamina: The user can handle the stresses of extreme racing without noticeable distress, letting the user function much longer than normal humans unhindered, showing no change in breathing or pulse after hours of constant exertion. This is due to the user's augmented physiology, building far less lactic acid or fatigue toxins. Even after running from coast to coast of the country to pick up a pizza, the user remained unfazed from the prolonged running. However, while the user's stamina is greater than most speedsters, the user's reserves are not inexhaustible. Extreme and extended uses of the user's more advanced powers will eventually drain the user.

Superhuman intelligence: Powered by the artificial Speed Force, the user's mental parameters were greatly augmented even further. The user's neurons are firing at super speed and synaptic connections are at uncharted levels, pushing the user's cognitive functions to over a 1000-fold and near-instantaneous usage. As noted by Naomi, the user's intelligence outpaces even the most advanced computers and is in a classifications well-beyond "genius". This enables the user to from a single glance analyze all perceivable variables and scenarios and from this instinctively determine the most effective choice to any situation presented to the user. Like Clifford DeVoe, The user's augmented mentality have pushed the user's ability to process, react, memorize, deduce, analyze, and simply comprehend to surreal and super levels. With this, the user could quickly create cures for various extreme conditions. This ultimately allows the user to calculate and deduce the answer to almost any question and anticipate any potential outcome as if being clairvoyant.

Speed Force knowledge: After receiving the speed equation from Eobard, the user gained great intelligence about the Speed Force and its usage. After regaining the user's connection to the Speed Force, the user gained an even greater understanding of its nature, allowing the user to heal Jesse Wells. Furthermore, the user knows how to nullify another speedster's powers, as the user did to Eobard for three months, which the user may have learned from Zoom's prison. Further tutelage by Jay Garrick of Earth-3 also gave the user greater knowledge of the lore, history, and legends of the Speed Force. The user gained further in-depth understanding of it from Nora's journal filled with Eobard's own expertise.

The street kids also had the following abilities in common with each other;

Genius-level intellect/Expert tactician/Leader: Due to growing up in an advanced civilization, the user has vast knowledge about other alien species, as well as their abilities and heritage. They were studious, hardworking children, spending hours studying history. They easily excelled at advanced high school level math and sciences on Earth; the user boasted to Alex Danvers of knowing Calculus by the age of 4 and was able to scientifically describe Caitlin Snow's meta-human powers. The user is very focused and excellent at multitasking, able to keep up with Cat Grant's rigorous demands as her submissive assistant. The user also has to carefully calculate how much force to use in their powers so they don't hurt/destroy someone/something. The user can inspire other individuals to be the best that they can be and sometimes even convince criminals to do the right thing without resorting to violence. A keen-minded individual from a young age, the user displayed a natural understanding and quick capacity to learn, making it hard for the foster mother to help them with their homework by the time the latter was 12. The user is also very well-read, greatly impressing the award-winning Professor Martin Stein. After Eobard Thawne was defeated, the user was able to keep the family together and lead them well, to the point that Eobard (as Harrison Wells) made the users the new owners of S.T.A.R. Labs. The user is able to remember everything they experience with perfect recall; when they saw the Reverse-XS for the first time in 14 years, the user immediately recognized her as the user's mother's 'Nora Allen's' killer, despite being only 11 years old at the time. The user is also a quick study, as after reading through the various Earth-2 advances in physics, the user instantly began making effective use of this knowledge. The user can communicate with the 5x5 tap code, which they did with Jay Garrick when the latter wore a mask preventing him from talking.
