Atmospheric Adaptation: Victoria is immune to extreme weather conditions like extreme heat or cold, storms and is capable creating a small atmosphere around her, thus this allows her possibly survive in areas where there is a lack of oxygen such as areas of high altitudes.

Electricity Manipulation: The ability to manipulate, control, and create pure electrical energy; such as lightning. This power allows Victoria to control all forms of electrical power, being it static electricity, thunder and lightning, magnetic force, electromagnetic forces, or electrical pressure. Victoria is capable of discharging lightning bolts from her hands, while also summoning a lightning bolt from the sky.

Earth Telepathy: Victoria is psychically linked to her immediate surroundings, as she can detect the position of fighter jets whilst creating tornadoes to keep them at bay. She was capable of avoiding unintentional causalities when the pilots ejected from their jets. She can also detect if a nearby animal or plant has died or if the weather is about change. Her spatial awareness allowed her to spin rapidly towards Stryker's agents and accurately electrocute three of them without missing.

Energy Perception: Victoria can perceive an amount of energy. She used this ability to give energy to Glenda.

Enhanced Senses: When Victoria's eyes go white, she can see her surroundings in the form of energy. She uses this ability to see through harsh weather conditions like fog, darkness or clouds. She can also see the neuro-electric networks inside living organisms and use this to counter or anticipate their attacks, however, opponents with super speed like XS prove to be more challenging.

Flight: With the power of wind control, Victoria is even able to fly by making the wind lift her up in the air. She could fly at great speed, allowing her to smash through a wood fence while spinning towards attacking agents.

Lightning Travel: Victoria can travel through bolts of lightning, giving her amazing speed.

The black haired dark skinned woman was Jezabel Vessir. The 32 year old girl was a dark skinned girl with shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, was 5 feet 5 inches tall, 125 lbs, had an slim body, natural 38F breasts, a tattoo on the inside of the right arm, a pierced navel, and a 12.5 inch long dick.

Jezabel is a mid-level operative within Faye Reagan's drug operation. In the revised timeline, she can sustain multiple telekinetic feats at once and even intercept XS while she is running at superhuman speeds when merged with the Phoenix. Even without the Phoenix, her telekinetic control allowed her to assist Magnetar in rebuilding the SuperTeens Mansion after the events of Apocalypse, rebuilding the school alongside Erin piece by piece.

Flight: Jezabel can fly using her telekinesis by project herself through the air, moreso displayed in the revised timeline. During the battle against Apocalypse, Jezabel was able to walk on and float in the air while attacking him. When merged with the Phoenix, she is able to simulate self-propelled flight at considerable speeds. She is even able to easily soar through outer space and the upper atmosphere.

Force-Field Projection: Jezabel can generate telekinetic shields or barriers to block, contain and impede targets. To protect herself and others from the rushing waters of Alkali Lake, Jezabel erected one while controlling the SuperTeens Jet. Jezabel unconsciously wrapped herself in a cocoon of telekinetic energy to shield her from the inundation. She can also project such fields as a means of offense, releasing them as waves of concussive force able to damage solid concrete. When merged with the Phoenix, she is able to create multiple fields for individual people, all the while enacting various other telekinetic feats at the same time.

Telekinetic Blast: Jezabel can project waves of telekinetic energy to impulse, hit and destroy multiple objects/people.

Molecular Manipulation: At a full extent of her power, she can manipulate matter at a molecular level at will, with the exception of adamantium, or anything encased or bonded with adamantium.

Disintegration: Jezabel is able to atomize nearly anything within her surroundings at will when at the full extent of her powers. In both timelines, it is an extension of her telekinetic ability and she is seen being able to affect all manner of objects and even people with this power. In the original timeline, she often employs this power during fits of uncontrollable rage, notably being the means she kills Charlotte Sampson as well as human and mutant alike during the incident at Alcatraz Island. In the revised timeline, she uses this ability to destroy Apocalypse once and for all (though at a gradual rate), manifesting a fiery raptor around her as she does so. Once merged with the Phoenix Force, she once again exhibits this ability, instantaneously destroying many of the D'Bari with it.

Telepathy: Jezabel has the ability to read, communicate with, and control other people's minds, not unlike Charlotte Sampson. During her time with teens, she states that Professor Sampson is much more powerful than her, but is teaching her to develop it. However, this was only because Professor Sampson was blocking her powers, but once the blocks were destroyed, she far exceeded her mentor's abilities, being able to transcend great distances and even defend her own mind from other telepaths. In the revised timeline, her telepathic abilities are displayed more frequently. During the battle against Apocalypse, though stronger than Professor Sampson inside the Astral Plane, she was no match for Jezabel, who easily cast her out. When merged with the Phoenix, her telepathy is immensely amplified, able to overcome Charlotte Sampson, a more seasoned telepath, and affect multiple people at once.

Illusion Projection: Jezabel has the ability to project realistic mental and sensory illusions through telepathic means, able to simulate invisibility for herself and other people, as seen after the explosion at the Mansion in the revised timeline, as well as being able to appear as a completely different person to multiple people after being empowered by the Phoenix Force.

Telepathic Resistance: Jezabel has the ability to resist the telepathic intrusion of other psionics, as seen in both the original and the revised timeline, both involving Charlotte Sampson.

Astral Projection: Jezabel is able to project her consciousness into the Astral Plane, where a psionic's powers are able to affect the physical world there. Jezabel used this ability to assist Charlotte Sampson in defeating Apocalypse.

Precognition: Jezabel has displayed precognitive dreams in the revised timeline, portending a bleak future and disturbing her sleep to the extent of simulating seismic activity around the Mansion and causing the paintings in her bedroom to atomize.

Mental Healing: Jezabel has exhibited the ability to heal another's psychological trauma to the extent of being able to reach into Sampson's weakened mind and bring her back from the precipice after being bested by Apocalypse in the Astral Plane.

Memory Manipulation: Jezabel has displayed the ability to peruse into the deepest depths of another's mind to extract and manipulate their memories, displayed in both timelines. In the original timeline, she does so for Claw and NightPost. In the revised timeline, she is able to restore the few memories in a berserk Claw's mind, restoring what little sense of self she could salvage of her.

Pain Inducement: Jezabel has the ability to project psionic bolts and waves from her mind powerful enough to cause both physical and mental harm to her desired targets. While combating Apocalypse in the Astral Plane, Jezabel unleashed a psychic scream that shattered the simulacrum of the SuperTeens Mansion as well as Apocalypse himself, casting him out. When merged with the Phoenix, Jezabel's psionic blasts are powerful enough to cause a Cerebro-empowered Charlotte Sampson considerable discomfort and even render her unconscious.

Unconsciousness Inducement: Jezabel has the ability to knock anyone unconscious, even for a few minutes.

Psionic Energy Manipulation: Jezabel is able to create, shape and manipulate psionic energy which appears as a fiery raptor. She mostly showed this ability when she merged with the Phoenix Force. In the original timeline, Professor Sampson said that Jezabel's power saved her from drowning by creating a cocoon made out of telekinetic energy. Psylocke also showed this ability, but Jezabel's energy is on a whole other level being so destructive that she had to fly in space to kill Vuk in order to not disintegrate her friends. She is also seen to be able to manipulate other types of energies such as when she redirected Lazer's optic energy and when WeatherVane threw a lightning at her, Jezabel immediately redirected it.

Psionic Healing: Jezabel has shown the power to regenerate herself from injuries by using psionic energy. She showed this ability after she absorbed the Phoenix Force in space regenerating her body and even her clothes. Also when a D'Bari stabbed her she instantly healed herself.

Vacuum Adaptation: Jezabel is able to adapt in the vacuum of space by creating an energetic aura around her. She also used this ability when she was trying to hold that space ship in space because apparently only NightPost needed a special helmet.

Phoenix Force Manipulation: After merging with the Phoenix Force in space, Jezabel's natural abilities are immensely amplified, allowing her to overcome powerful mutants the likes of Charlotte Sampson and Erin Limpton, the combined efforts of her entire team, and even an army of D'Bari, including one partially empowered by the very cosmic entity inside her. She didn't necessarily gained new abilities when merged with the Phoenix but Vuk has stated that Jezabel could gain some powerful abilities if she can control the power. Some of those abilities include the power to create life and possess the very power of a god.

Cosmic Fire Manipulation: Via the Phoenix Force, Jezabel is able to create, shape, manipulate and summon cosmic fire which was strong enough to kill powerful mutants like Apocalypse manifestating itself as a fiery psionic bird. This fire is most likely summoned by Jezabel with her telepathic powers.

Superhuman Reflexes: Jezabel was able to defeat extremely fast opponents like XS and the D'Bari.

Victoria and Jezabel were both kissing each other and licked each other's faces. Jezabel then cuddled up against the young teenager. "We have to try again," she said. Reagen wants that device."

Victoria smiled and nodded. She ran her fingers up and down Jezabel's body. "I want you so badly," she said.

Jezabel smiled and nodded. "First things first," she said. "We need to check the device, then give it to Reagen, then we can go somewhere more secluded and fuck each other's brains out."

Victoria sighed deeply and nodded. The two girls then sped off towards the storage unit down near the waterfront.

Back in the Hover Cargo....

In the bathroom....

Nora and Naomi nodded. The young speedster and the young DEO agent then got down on their knees, kneeling in front of their respective mothers.

The mothers then proceeded to wet the teens' hair thoroughly. They didn't want to jump straight into applying the shampoo. Instead, they let Nora's and Naomi's hair get fully wet.

Depending on how thick or dense a person's hair is, this might take longer than you think. Since Nora's and Naomi's hairs were thin and light, their parents let the water flow over the teens' heads for at least 1 minute, then ran their own fingers through their respective daughters' hair to make sure all of it (even the ends) were fully wet. Letting the hair get fully wet with lukewarm water helps open the cuticles, making it easier for the hair to absorb the conditioner later. The next step was applying your shampoo. Remember: This shampoo should be the right kind for the hair. The person also needs to make sure they're applying the correct amount of shampoo for their hair length -- not too much (they might not get it all out) and not too little (their hair might not get a thorough cleanse). If the person has long hair like Rena, they'll want to squeeze enough shampoo to roughly cover your palm. Before applying the shampoo to their hair, mix it with a little water in the palm of their hand. This way they'll reduce the direct impact of the shampoo on their scalp and reduce product consumption. Then, make sure to apply the shampoo to their entire scalp and crown. The person doesn't need much (if any) shampoo on the tips of their hair. The truth is that they have to focus on shampooing their scalp, rather than the ends of their hair. Apply shampoo only onto the scalp, and let it clean the rest of the hair when they rinse it out.

For Nora, her mommy Caitlin was the one who was applying the shampoo on the young speedster's hair. Then, with Iris's help, the bioengineer then proceeded to rub it in her daughter's hair.
