In this story we know bad things happen to bad people. We know what happened, and it was bad. But the things is, the bad stuff was not on camera. There was enough detail given to give the picture, to give the noises around the corner, but the reader's imagination was respected and allowed to fill in the detail desired without planting it in their face. good show!

Also, the Zar and Belen stuff - first rate. real two-way emotion for older folks who are loved. Short, but very sweet.
