I realize that this is your first story, but it lacks substance. Why was he taken to a Psych ward, and why in an ambulance? Was he injured? (The reader shouldn't have to ask these questions). You ended the story with a short paragraph when you could have expanded into quite a bit of detail about his interactions with the nurses an other patients instead of just his embarrassment of being naked in front of woman and cumming when his prostate is poked. Give it some thought, it has the potential of a good story.
