"Thah-mu," I murmured in appreciation not stopping my tonguing her as she praised my efforts.

"Aye yai yai," she added as I probed beneath her clitoral hood, finding her pearl.

"Glahd-u-lick-ith," I answered and increased my efforts.

I was further rewarded with a slowly building undulation of her hips thrusting upward against my face. Clearly, she was a woman who knew what she liked and how to get more of it. But the time she roared, "Fuck!" for all the neighbors to hear, my face was slathered with her secretions like I'd been dunked into a tank of sweet honey and came up gasping for air.

_______________

And the night got breathy and quiet
And her face lit up with passion
She said, "If you're gonna play the game, boy
You gotta learn to love a woman, right

You've got to know when to hold her
Know when to bone her
Know when to walk away
And know when to run
You never pay upfront
Nor when you're naked on the bed
There'll be time enough for paying
When the deed is done

_______________

Her thighs involuntarily clapped against my head, and she shuddered like she had two of those fancy new vibrating dildos stuck in both holes [I happen to have seen one or two when I was perusing the websites looking for women's Christmas presents.]

I couldn't remember the last time I'd made my Elizabeth come this hard. Jennie was wet, not just down there, wet as in drenched in sweat from the hair on her head to the glimmering shimmer of beads dripping off those wonderful glowing orbs on her chest. Her nipples were making ringing noises like small sleigh bells on Santa's sled. At least, I think they were. It could just have been my high blood pressure and the thunderous sound of my blood roaring in my ears as my heart pounded in my chest like a sledgehammer. [The cardiac doc gave me nitro pills for that.]

In the stillness, as I caught my breath, she sang a different version for me:

Every man knows
The secret to survivin'
Is knowin' which women to throw away
And knowin' which ones to keep
'Cause every woman's a winner
And every lady's a loser
And the best that you can hope is to die
Beside either one in your sleep

_______________

[Jennie's whisper in the night came like swirling snowflakes tickling my ears. I couldn't make out what she said because of that hand grenade, but she whispered something anyways.

"Donnie, I was saddened to see the one you chose to keep slipped away last year in her sleep. I promised when I came for Elizabeth's soul, I would return and make that up to you this Christmas. Elizabeth sends her love, Donnie. Sleep now. Soon, I'll come for you, too."]

_______________

Lying there nestled against her thighs, I kissed each one as she melted into the sheets.

And when she finished speakin'
She groaned aloud as she came
Crushed my head against her tits
And sighed in the stillness of the night
And somewhere in the darkness
The rode-hard woman broke even
But in her final words
I found a pearl that I could keep

Somewhere in the stillness and cool air of the night, I felt Jennie tucking me into bed and pulling the covers to my chin. She kissed me — on the lips; it felt like Elizabeth. I blinked and closed my eyes, well-laden with sleep.

I felt a swirl of soft cold wind in the room and the sound of tiny sleigh bells ringing and then a warmth flowing over me as I thought I heard Jennie murmur, "Merry Christmas, Donnie, and to all a good night." A whistling wind rustled the curtains as I blinked and — Jennie vanished — just like snowflakes on the wind.

A smile crossed my lips thinking of boning Elizabeth now a full year gone. Jennie had brought that fond memory back. It was worth the icy trip to the therapy doctor's office, thanks to old Harry Cumlikker.

'I hope Jennie got home safe and sound in this snowstorm,' I remember thinking as I dozed off to sleep, licking my lips and thinking of ... ginger-spiced pumpkin.

I had a great time reading this and the best laugh I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for taking the time to write this.

Now I have to get the song out of my head!

Very clever lyrics. Loved the storytelling, too. I shed a tear at the end for the Loves we have lost in our lives.
