Sweet Story!

Beautiful, sweet and loving.

The hole could never be replaced? Not even with time or a heart surgeon? Why is the last line her posthumously bitching about dirty clothes? I think he is in a better place now.

Very, Very Good

Very tenderly told. And rather a surprise.

Thank you!

Very touching story of true love separated way too early. Words cannot express the emotion your story stirred. It is so difficult when a loved one is lost so young. I think I will go home and give the special someone I love an extra special hug tonight.

Thanks to MaddieK for sharing.

And a special thanks to you for a poignant loving story.

Beautiful Devotion

What a lovely tear-jerker love story. Beautifully done. The devotion from both characters came through so clearly, it could be felt. I hope you'll write more stories because I would certainly like to read them. I'll just know that I may need tissues at hand when I'm reading. Nicely done and 5 stars from me to you.

Crying

I knew where this story was going a third of the way in and already had tears in my eyes. It was beautiful, sad, and so full of love. I agree with estragon; there is no way I could ‘quibble’ when I felt the devotion in this relationship. It was an amazing story and I gave it the highest marks.

Simple yet great. I <3 this story.

Not quite sure what to make of it

I didn't really care for it. I thought it was poorly written, the paragraphys didn't flow smoothly, they actually jumped around, and the story line was very weak. Sorry but that is my opinion.

Drug?

Did you mean 'dragged'? Apart from that, very well written. You got the whole making love bit just how I like it; hot and arousing yet tender and loving at the same time. Thank you thank you thank you! :)

Doink!

To anon: I should have notice the "your" vs you're. I been doing that a lot lately. Too much multitasking!

Thank you all for your (the RIGHT 'your' this time lol) kind comments!

Easy fix...

"He grimaced. "Sara, we've been married ten years, I think I can tell when your fibbing. ". Should be "you're fibbing" ... Otherwise, great writing and wonderful touching story.

You will win this contest **

Love is stronger than death even though it can't stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can't separate people from love.

It can't take away our memories either.

In the end, love is stronger than death

Beautiful

I lost my Valentine to cancer a little over 8 years ago. Today would have been our 32nd anniversary. Thanks for such a beautiful story.

Wow, such a great story. I'll admit it, I cried after reading it. Those two loved each other so much and to spend their last Valentine's Day like that, so beautiful and with so much love. Once again, Wow.
