Great setting and building the world, adding your own unique take on the trope.

As a big fan of the genre, humiliation, pet play, training, and transformations that have have nothing to do with gender and focus on purely sexual objectification, the setup for future chapters is hugely appealing.

Hopefully the transformation process is extensive, with some permanence to it (even though you alluded she can climb the ranks again, maybe she'll always have some physical reminders of where she crawled back from), and hopefully if she ever does manage to get away from being a pet, she spends a very long time in that condition first!
