Just so ya know, condoms absolutely can be too small. Stretching something around your arm is one thing (it's all meat and bones), but try leaving it on there for a long period of time. Chances are it will get uncomfortable. Now imagine that instead of a muscular appendage supported by bone, imagine that its a soft spongey material.

Or hell, if you really don't believe me, just by an xs condom and try it yourself. Seriously, a too small condom *sucks*!
