Loejtcabout 1 year agoA well written story based on a storyline that makes no sense.
An apparent loving couple spends years preparing to start a family. When the time comes she gats cold feet. So of course she starts having an affair with the office sleaze ball. Since the sleaze doesn’t like to use condoms, she continues taking her BC pills after telling her husband she stopped. The husband finds out and for several months tries to give her indirect hints that he would divorce a woman who cheated but would try to save the marriage if the woman confessed. She doesn’t confess but does contract STDs and gives them to her husband. He divorces her and moves away.

Unfortunately it was not quite as well thought out or the holes and unrealistic parts would not be there and the story more complete..No need for me to to lay them out as other comments made already have..Suggestions: think things out before actually writing so no unrealistic actions/reactions or contradictions come up in the tale. Things not plausible or contradictions kill the effect of a story.FICTION at its best is realistic fiction.In this story most is realistic, especially the meat of the story,but what isn't did hurt it. To me it is written well enough to enjoy and get into, so it still deserves 5 stars. A GOOD story..JZK
mfbridges10 months agoJ.C. this was a tough story. I'm like the Dad, I don't usually cry. But I actually got a little tear from this story.
