T. gives you a run down of her previous week, which was her first trying methylphenidate - aka Ritalin. Long story short: it didn't go well.
Simply put, this is an incredibly personal, intense, emotional outpouring of need in the heat of feeling mentally and emotionally overwhelmed as well as anxious, but *does* very much evolve into an ecstatic prayer to the Gods for help, balance and guidance while navigating the treacherous terrain of one's own mental health.
