Too weird for me.

As a cattle rancher, I can't even begin to think of anything less sexy than a cow. And, polled (no horns) cattle are super easy to select/breed for, you wouldn't have those around still if you were making modifications already. And what you described are more scurs than horns anyway. I like the story aside from the horrible mental image of a beautiful woman with cow legs.
