Very nice story. Hard to blame anyone here. They had a bad marriage, tried to open it as (presumably) as a way to save it. It's harder for men to find a lover than for women, and unfortunately he picked someone at work. Rarely a good thing. I remember the ancient Ladies Home Journal feature "Can This Marriage Be Saved?" Here it probably it can not and should not.
