Also I have a question how come he didn’t change? All the other stories before and in the New York one someone changed after banging a monster person so what different here? Is it the fact he didn’t want to change? Or didn’t have the ‘beast’ inside them to change which just adds to the question why do they change? (obviously it coz of sash corruption but is there something more? is it chance? Or something else?)

It's something that will be explained later in the story, but if you want to know, Sasha and Mary want to corrupt people, so they do. Newly corrupted people spread it like an STD and can't control it. Alexa has been this way for a few years and know's how to keep it to herself.
