Pretty fantastic story so far. You sort of have to overlook the fact that kidnapping from America to export to Third World Countries is more or less a fantasy that doesn't happen in real life since it's so much easier to kidnap, coerce, or hire people from said countries and they tend to be far less trouble. But aside from that bit, which I can overlook, good stuff!
