I can see that you may have written this as a one-off, but I can see these two having a relationship, and perhaps sharing other people. Will she share her bed with her son when he comes home to visit? Will she introduce Billy to some of her single mature friends?

Like all of your stories this one is perfect. It is so complete that one has to wonder, like many of Shakespeare’s critics, how could one person have such command of so many circumstances? Is Ann Douglas really a committee of worldly writers all writing in exactly the same lovely way, or is she some unimaginably omnipotent entity, magically capable of fitting in everywhere… and more: relating "the fit" with perfect believability. Erotica is more or less universal, but circumstance is VERY particular! Bravo!
