This was very well-written, but I have a bit of a nitpick regarding human anatomy:

You said that she was worried about tasting her own urine with her vaginal tongues, but if she kept them retracted she wouldn’t have that problem. Urine doesn’t usually come into contact with the vaginal opening, much less the inside, so it’s not really an important concern. Still, good job and very interesting plot!
