Eh, I don’t know....something about Sam seems a bit “off” to me. A con artist maybe? Did her stuff really get stolen or has she pulled this on lots of gullible men? I still like Julie even though she royally fucked up. Anyway, great writing....I’m hooked & looking forward to more!

Excellent balance.

Mature and even handed writing, level pacing, slow boiling tension, good characterisation, believeable dialogue and steady plot development.

I can't find anything to criticize.
