I suggest, before you publish again, find an editor to iron out the tense mismatches, conjugation errors, repetitive adjectives, and quotation mechanics.

Your story could have gone from just OK, to good. Probably not great, because there were too many places that the physics of it just didn't work right. For me, this really detracts from my enjoyment.

There are plenty of (volunteer) editors on this site. I suggest you find one, and then pay careful attention to their suggestions and put effort into improving in those areas.

I think with some extra thought, you could probably come up with some more creative (unique) story line than this story. There's not much there that is that much different from so many of the stories about (sibling) incest.
