"Just as you would have done or said whatever it took to get my phaser away from me." This time it was the captain who was relieved. Captain Archer once more extended his arm and they left the cargo hold and continued walking to the mess hall. "I don't suppose you'll be giving me back my phaser anytime soon," she asked as they approached the mess hall.
"You're getting your sense of humor back. That's a good sign," he answered as the doors closed behind them.

Hargaover 2 years agoGreat story and well written. I can visualize these characters inhabiting the corridors and compartments of the ship. It was heartbreaking when Dani had to experience even in a small way what her father experienced at the hands of the Borg.
