You need to read up on the Victorian era. Let's overlook the stilted dialogue, etc., the historical implausibilities made this completely unbelievable as a period piece. No one in Victorian England said "clit," or "hand job." Those terms were unknown.

Further, no one could obtain a marriage license without careful arrangement with the girl's parents. Nor did a judge marry people of this class, much less "the next day." Women of "Skye':s" class (and what kind of names are Skye and Storm?) were not friends with courtesans. Yes, this is a story about a woman who wants to flout conventions, but, even so, she'd have to do so within limits that were believable.

This needed quite a bit of work.

It was a great a story. Just wish it could have been more drawn out. Keep writing :)

I know about the certain words that weren`t used back then. It`s just a story. Some historical stories I`m careful not no use words like `clit` and `hand job`. I guess I didn`t think about it with this story. It was one of my first stories. Storm and Skye are both English names, though. The girls parents or guardians I didn`t mention except that her father was a no good scoundrel. It`s not a story about them so I didn`t bother. I believe people can be friends with whoever they want and screw what society says. To me that`s a little racist when a certain 'class' of people can't be friends with another 'class'. I usually do it on purpose; have my character be friends with so called undesirables. The point of the story is the erotica. But some of my stories are better than others. It all depends how much research I do. Read my other work and you`ll see. Thanks for the critique. Will make me a better writer.

I found both chapters very erotic. This site is about fantasy far more than reality! There are stories about women "wanting" to be raped, called a whore, abused and degraded in a myriad of other ways. Stories about 18yr. old virgin girls who set out to seduce their own fathers. As a woman I find many of these story lines improbable if not down right unbelievable! Yet they can be quite stimulating as a "fantasy" or fuel for "role play" games. I found your story enjoyable in the same way. "Hand job" is a term readers understand (even if it wasn't used in the time of the setting - as even the author has agreed) so it doesn't prevent most from enjoying the story as a whole. I don't think this setting requires absolute historical accuracy for people to get off on the sex. So lighten up & have some fun people - it's free erotica - NOT the next "Gone With The Wind"
