Click hereLots of embarrassment, ill feelings, and awkward conversations came to Luke from various recipients of the e-mail he sent out and how he handled the dissolution of the wedding. But the good things? Luke's family supported him and complemented him on the man he was turning out to be, especially when they heard how he had refused Willow's offer of wild make-up sex with her bridesmaid as compensation for her cheating on him.
But the best thing? Luke started to hang out with Linda, who was also disowned by Willow but in her case the feeling was mutual. At first Luke and Linda were just friends to cry on each other's shoulders about the loss of a lover and a close friend. But within time, their friendship turned into the love and commitment that both of them earned, and deserved. No one doubts how strong their marriage will be and that it will be the kind of life and love that will get stronger and stronger as time moves on. A lifetime journey together in a loving, sharing, committed marriage where trust and loyalty are a given.
Thank god Luke finally stopped being a simpering pussy and dumped her. Geez, he was acting weak.
And, since we are in an age of equality, and strong independent women, who don't need men, and apparently are better than men. Why is it still fine that the guy gets the beat down and the woman gets nothing?
Very good fantasy. For once in the LW category the male protagonist wins and the female antagonist loses. I suggest a new category called "Loving Husbands" (LH) as a counter point to LW.
Enjoyed that a lot. Only thing I could ask for is more karma on Willow and maybe more information or time spent on the blossoming romance with Linda. Maybe Molly sees the light and hooks up with Todd. leaving Willow alone on slut island. Otherwise I would be thrilled if new writers used this as a guide or blueprint for writing this type of story.
I enjoyed this. He was lucky to find out what she was like and definitely dodged a bullet. Unfortunately some people are like Willow and just never grow up and take responsibility for their actions. BardnotBard
Well that was a reasonable conclusion given the circumstances. But, strangely, since they never got married and there was no other married couple in this - it doesn't belong in the LW category. Doesn't fit the description of a LW story! LOL!
