Seriously, though, the idea of doing butt stuff under a running shower head looks sexy in theory, but in practice is likely not worthwhile as the running water will keep washing your lube off. That's no fun at all and likely to become more of a pain in the arse than it's worth... especially with anything water-based (which tends to be the most common choice, as oil-based lubricants damage rubbers and make them break).
