All Comments on 'The Corruption of Cinderella'

Using Cinderella's name ruined any chance you had of writing a decent story. Just plain awful.

This story has done for Cinders what Anne Rice did for Beauty and the Beast! Great work, jlorthia, thank you -- five stars.

I mean the step family is completely different; names, ages, appearance all drastically different. It is loosely based on the cinderella mythos. The familiar story however is not present at all, instead this is the aftermath.

Also comparing this story to Anne Rice is a great compliment. Thank you.

Generally I liked the plot, but the amount of feces was too much for me

This needs some minor editing for order purposes it looks like the princes punishment of Cinderella got cut into the wrong section. Interesting concept for sure though

In the Brothers Grimm version, the two sisters are blinded by the beaks of the magical birds who do Cinderella's impossible tasks for her (no fairy godmother in that version either). Sadism is nothing modern.
