In answer to your question, no, it doesn't mean that. Dreams don't have to "mean" anything. It may be an indication that you've got a bit of bi tucked away in your psyche, but if you're doing fine with women, unless you really, REALLY want to complicate your life beyond imagining, stick to what you know works when you're awake,, and enjoy the dreams that are enjoyable, whether they've got you screwing elephants in the Arctic or getting it on with your never-thought-about-her-that-way sister, or even exploring a bit of homoerotica, or whatever. - a straight guy who enjoys your artwork and has had weird dreams (about, you name it!) on occasion himself
