I find the ideas behind your story to be well done, specifically the detail about the 'abusive boyfriend' who turns out to have been hypnotized into acting that way. Most mind control stories in general have a straightforward hero and villain which I accepted until today. However as the other person said, this could have used a sex scene at the hotel and maybe another after the couple got back together.

... for your observations. I'm pleased with the way everything progresses in this story but the appeal for more titillation, so to speak, will not go unnoticed in future endeavors.

I really think this is a great story. Though it isn't erotic, it's still well-written.
