Excellent work with great details resulting in a very intriguing start to the story! When the issues started coming up, I wondered if the on-board oxygen system might have been spiked with CO or something similar and I even thought I had a good guess regarding the sheriff's antipathy for Brenda; however, that last line blew me away! Wow! Can't wait for the next chapter! 5*.
