Love the story: short, hot and funny! The plot reminded me a bit of 'Aura' by Carlos Fuentes, just not as creepy. I think it's a well built story with a nice finish, but the concept holds great potential for a prequel, sequel or whatever...

I loved the way it ended, with the police detectives thinking Henry was crazy... but having the attorney swoop in and say that Fiona hired her, and going further to mention that Fiona was a young lady - which kinda corroborated Henry's wild tale. :) Overall... a great mixture of drama, fantasy, and humor... with a nice steamy sex scene in the middle. 555 stars!
The amazing Ms. Terra unveils another side of her writing. Loved this surprising tale. Great job, as always.
LOL. Another clever, clever tale, Ms. Terra. Don't feel bad about borrowing anything from that Geoff Chaucer guy. From what I hear, he had no problem lifting from fellow smut-peddler Johnny Boccaccio whenever he felt the need. I wouldn't let him get anywhere near you with a hot poker or coulter, though...
Great storytelling I love the storyline very original. Thanks for sharing.
A nice short entertaining tale!
Even when the topic or category isn’t the sort that normally interests me, Ms Cheryl draws me in. Great story as usual.
Mature, Romance, Magic. What a great way to start the day. Full 5*, of course.
Ohhh...what a great way to start the morning! I absolutely loved the twist--I honestly wasn't expecting it.
What a beautiful short (cannot believe it was only 2 pages) story. Another winner from the author as another 5 stars.
You got the inner workings of the mind of a nineteen year old boy pretty much spot on! Not too much cluttering it up, not when there is sex, the possibility of sex, or even the possibility of thinking about sex, on the wind. Loved the little Easter Eggs from Chaucer, English History and even Shrek scattered about.
I smiled all the way through it.
Thank you, Miss Cheryl. 5*
Loved the story as it was, but being not all that up on the works of your friend Geoff, I did a little research. Just reading a synopsis on Wikipedia, I learned things that made the story even more enjoyable. Sovereign indeed!
...very well written, imaginative, funny...
i´m so grateful. thanks!
Great story. Fun, imaginative, but totally believable. Thank you for another fantastic tale!! Love your work!
Bloody good tale duckie...from the Canadian eh, old amateur musician who finds your writing disturbingly good! 👏👏🇨🇦
Haven't spent so much time with Chaucer
since Survey of English Lit. Fall quarter 1964 with Dr. Aurelia B. Harlan (who went to uni with Geoff, or so we wags surmised). Beautifully crafted, plotted, written, and all-around dazzled, Ms. Terra (Earth Mother?).
A literary Lit tale. Glad the English wasn't Chaucerian. I should have been quite overturned.
Loved the nod to mr c. Very good, with Chambers sense of humour i think he would approve. As a now aged Lit Major I know I approved 😄
Very amusing 😄 love the various Arthurian and other literary references. I liked this one.
Brilliant story, really hot and the fairy tale curse twist was genius. Stimulated mind and body most satisfactorily!
A very funny and beautifully crafted tale...and I've suspected you are a Dickens fan...detective Becket, from one of my favorite novels, increase my suspicion.
An odd story with an imaginative ending. A
Mysterious older woman and young confused man have an accidental liason, like beauty and the beast.
A curse is lifted and new chapter begins? Nice.
