Without anything else to hold her interest, Lisa found herself looking up at Miss Davenport. Her mistress. Carla stroked her back, and occasionally Lisa felt a thrill of pleasure as her mistress reached between her legs or stroked the fur over her breasts. She felt almost like a real lapdog, to be petted and pampered and controlled by her owner. Carla began to stroke her head. It felt strangely calming to Lisa. By the time the program ended, she was half asleep.
"It's been a long day for a little poodle, what with getting a new home and a new owner. I think it's time to get some rest," Carla said, and led her to a large bedroom.
To Lisa's surprise, Carla didn't invite her to climb into bed with her. Instead, she led Lisa to a large pet bed on the floor.
Lisa started to protest, only to realize that there was little point. She had no choice, and she was too tired to argue anyway. Any attempts at regaining her dignity would have to wait until morning. Without another word she climbed into the bed on the floor, curled up, and fell asleep at her mistress's feet.

Your story is better suited to the Non Con category or possibly Horror. I love BDSM stories but this isn’t one, obviously it’s “just a fantasy.”You have it set in a contemporary but alternate earth so even though the enforced sexual slavery is legal that doesn’t change our definition of BDSM with the guidance of Safe, Sane and Consensual.
The concept of financial slavery isn’t a new one by any means but your story is desperately lacking any element of realism. Is slavery permanent/ for a set period of time? Are there safety guidelines for slave ownership? The thing that never crops up with stories like this is age and appearance, it’s almost always automatically young attractive women becoming sex slaves. Consensual sexual slavery is erotic the minute it’s not consensual turns it into an ordeal to try and survive.
Whilst I’ve no doubt that some people would be stupid enough to get into this situation, because they got greedy if it’s a risk of permanent slavery then logically the murder &/ suicide rate would explode.
It’s just not my fantasy at all, this is just a more complicated rape story. I’d genuinely rather die the world is full of monsters and freaks and they’re all human. Best of luck with your writing
