Need to read what u write. U lost me right at the start with: 'HIs bag was empty save for one newspaper - the last he would ever deliver - and a special gift for Mr. Vaginovski, his favorite customer.'. Then changed to a woman, Ruth. Ruined the story.

My apology for that typo. A dozen proof reads missed it. Yes that certainly is confusing. I'm sorry it ruined the experience for you. I have switched to a larger font for my text editor hoping that helps me see those kinds of things better.
