"Did he owe you money?" I asked.
"He owed me two weeks back pay."
"Sue his ass, in federal court." I gave her Michael's card. This is what he was good at.
"Thank you. I may just do that. How much will it cost."
"Neal will have to pay the lawyers and court costs when he loses. You do have all the records for the time you worked?"
"I do. He left all the files in the office. I have the key."
"Well, let's go see what else he has done wrong."
The things I found out about him were mind-boggling. The son of a bitch was a conman. We had all kinds of proof about what he did while married to me and before we were married. Michael had a field day with him. He found money he had hidden from me and six other wives. He was a bigamist six times over. His marriage to me was the only one that was legally terminated. As far as the states he was married in, he was still married. Except that he was a bigamist, so the marriages were null and void and he was now wanted on fraud charges and bigamy, among others.
My finding out about him cheating on me must have been the last straw.

Zeb, this was as fine as most of the other stories on here that have similar themes and length where the wives are cheating. Those stories always rate higher than this and so should yours.

anonymousinbluealmost 6 years agoThe story forgot to mention the offshore accounts listed there in the comic books, each book containing part of the information, encoded error correcting code sufficient to recover the data with half the books missing. Disguised as cataloging codes, for cataloging stuff.
Like, that would fix the lack of plot and explain why he was so nice. And the $745801.44 contained within. I mean, 63 women, he had to have been running a discrete sex service or something.
