AWFUL. Kennedy is clearly a nutcase and True sociopath and the main character is incredibly weak. I cannot stand these kinds of stupid convoluted loving wife stories were the husband or boyfriend boyfriend goes on and on and on about how outrageous and completely unacceptable the wife's action has been and now hes not going to put up with it......

.

And then 2 months later she's moved back in and they are screwing

The story is kind Of a enjoyable read but quite frankly quite frankly I was so disgusted after tge first 3 pages with the main character I almost stop reading.

.

She intentiona gores out of her way to screw him over in high school.

.

She sets them up so he goes to jail. Not just breaks up with him but actually has him going to jail for a crime he did not commit.

.

Gives away his children without his knowledge for a illegal adoption.

.

So of course he naturally takes her back and marries her

Oh, that was one hell of a ride. Love found, love lost, redemption, love lost again. And two different, but equally important loves found again. 5* read all the way through.

Now this is a fun tale. Thank you.

Loved it.

I hated that he got stomped by Kennedy so often. It's hard when you love someone that much who clearly either doesn't or doesn't know how to love you back. Still, I believe this to be one of your better stories. Loved the LTW reference with Plato's Place. Nicely done.

He Got What He Married, So He Got What He Deserved.

By the first few paragraphs I could tell this was going to be Fag Cuck Shit. So I just skipped to the last two pages, which was one page too few to skip, and got what was the essence of the plot. Glad everyone else thinks this wimp's bio is epic. My real sympathy goes out to Chelsea, what defective genes. I'm not sure what this was supposed to be, but thanks for the effort.

Yes, I really liked it. Not at first, but it grew on me quickly. Then the final couple of pages cemented the final rating.

Great story, great ending.

WONDERFUL STORY! Just like always! Too bad Kennedy had her head up her ass so much

The guy was pathetic for my taste but atleast he was one lucky basted and got him self a Loving Wife in the end.

InescuInescuabout 2 years ago

As others have mentioned, you didn't connect the intro to the main story. While I thought the main body of the story was well done, this omission left too many things hanging. Who was he really mourning, since the second part of the story doesn't mention his bender after Kennedy's death at all. I can only assume that this is part of a series and this will be rectified in another chapter.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them. She did when they were in high school.

Great story that really shows your range and ability as a writer. Kennedy deserved burning as much as any Traci you ever wrote about, but you avoided the easy , expected, route and wrote this story. I really think this is one of your best efforts yet. A pleasure to read.

5 stars to writer. Didn't give. Me wood but kept my attention long enough to read whole thing. Slut wife just like Jenny in the hump movie. How he could have anything to do with her after she set him up for prison is beyond me. Jimmy should have had an accident o. The road. This was like a reasers digest story of life. Good story. No boner tho! LOL

Beautiful story. I would hope for a chapter 2. Seeing as Bobby's love life was crap before he met his daughter and Donna. Some people are just so good and kind that they end up with 34 years of crap being with the cheater coke whore. He and we deserve a second verse so to speak. BTRH...

This story was far from the standard loving wives tale, yet it was a pleasure to read, in part, because of that. Hooked, you hooked another reader. A great story all the way around.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 2 years ago

Usually enjoy your stuff. This didn't do it for me. The whole prison term really didn't sit well with me. I'd never speak to her again regardless of how I used to feel or how far she'd fallen. Also, he's now rich and famous and can't get better payback on the bastard that set him up than eating him blackballed? At the very least, arrange to have his hand broken like he promised years earlier. Sorry, this was a fail.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 2 years ago

Great story.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 2 years ago

What? No Traci? Just kidding. OK, so without Traci, one could say that this wasn't a typical H57 story. But since it's a 5, it's all too typical. Really excellent, smoothly sequencing through a LW theme (though Kennedy never actually became his wife) into a lovely Romance. Of course, like most LW stories about a professional musician, the #1 hits come a bit too easy to be at all realistic. FYI, rock-band #1 singles happened in the 20th century, not the 21st. Just saying. The other quibble is that Bobby's 30 days of alcoholism seems to have been forgotten by the time Kennedy is dead on page 4. Music was his salvation, he says, but in fact that Reverend Ron should have been noted here as the link that got him back to the music. Consistency, y'know. Now, I kinda saw the thing with Donna coming, and thought it would be real nice if it did. And it did. Thanks, Hooked. Stev2244 is another of our best active writers, so his endorsement of this story counts for a lot. As to those who lamented the lack of revenge on Jimmy, look - Bobby shanked his music career. Leaving him a coke-addicted waiter. Doubt he lasted much longer than Kennedy did. And the best revenge is living well. Bobby did so, in spades, and that's even before he found Chelsea and Donna. Not sure I buy the Forrest Gump analogy that one of the Anons posited, but it was an intriguing thought. Also don't agree with those commentators who attacked the lead character (Bobby) as a wimp, etc. He played the long game, and came up roses. Some chump.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 2 years ago

I don't have an empirical evidence to support my theory but after reading this story and several other highly rated story by many authors it appears that many readers prefer a well written story with a decent plot and story that can pass an eighth grade English review. This story passes the teacher test and would score will with most readers unless all they want is raunchy sex scenes and extreme BTB ending. When the reader can relate to the characters and feel that the story is complete what more needs to be said but "Well Done".

When Ken helped Jimmy set Bobby up to go to jail, that should have been the end Bobby's love story with Ken. Only a self-centered psychopath acts that way towards someone who loves her and wants the best for her. If she didn't want him any longer, she could well leave him or just break up with him, but taking part in a conspiracy to send him to jail for cocaine possession because he's trying to prevent her from becoming a cocaine addict? Totally out of this world. That's the end of Ken and Bobby... FOREVER! Unless this is a story written for the Hallmark Channel... Thanks for the story.

Wow❗️

A very well written, entertaining story.

It is so disappointing 😞. The main character, Bobby, is stupid, repeats the same terrible decision over and over. Completely disconnected from reality and the reader....

Ouch, not your best work, by a very long shot.

This is the third story this past year with the music industry theme. By far the worst.

Can't rate this mess of a plot.

Yuck I just wasted a half an hour of my life reading this crap.

I guess I can relate to being taken advantage of by bitches and hoes.

I did time once because of one that also is dead now.

Probably why I am disgusted at myself to continue after the first couple of pages and reading it to the completion.

Yeah some bitches can be very evil! Glad I have a nice loving wife now. But bitches and hoes certainly are alot of fun when you are caught up in the moment,!

Warm and fuzzy sure; but like GladstonGliese said forgot the start of the story connection!!

But really there was no married "Loving Wives" in this one the closest was a gonna ask until Donna. Oh well dem's the breaks.

BigfundrewBigfundrewabout 2 years ago

This was a really good one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AnonymousAnonymousabout 2 years ago

Loved the story, gave it a 5. But unless the husband was a reincarnated version of Gandhi, no way he takes the drugged up slut back. First, she cheated on him not once, but twice. Second, she helps set him up with drug possession charge, which earns him 18 months in prison. Maybe he discovers his daughter, the way the story happened. But you do not live with a woman, who set you up to go to prison, so she could have some “ strange”. Back in the day, I used some cocaine, at parties. I never turned into a drug fiend. Here is the thing about addiction, and why so many people relapse. You can go to rehab, and free yourself from the drug physically. But the mental part, is hard to beat. What it comes down to, is most people abuse drugs and alcohol, to help them deal with reality. Living in a group home, working at a shitty minimum wage job, is not going to help them break the cycle. And that’s, the truth.

AnonymousAnonymousalmost 2 years ago

So he gets arrested because it was in chia car. A good lawyer gets reasonable doubt in there. The minute he admitted to outting it on his car he would be going jail time. The reason is the coke head he is riding with had access to the car and no prints of his on the baggie. As fair as taking her back 2x never ever in this world

Second time around on this one. Excellent writing but a very sad story, I had more smiles than tears. Especially when the adopted daughter came on the scene. I had an adopted daughter and a biological one. They bot abandoned me when their mother divorced me. There mother was.....................! Fill in the blank, I did find a good woman with for young kids which I dearly love. That lasted almost 40 years before she passed. Amazing how they treat me like their real father and my own seem to hate me. Well what can you expect they have been uber the influence of their mother for the last 40 years. Like I said a good story but very sad, except for the ending.
