Everything about the story works. The scenarios are quite realistic, and very well written. Excellent character development. I can feel the emotional turmoil in Jeremy, and the angst of Cat and Monica. The title is cliche, but accurate and fitting.

I appreciate the reference to the McRaven speech you gave in chapter 7. I just listened to it (before finishing the rest of the chapter!). He's one HELL of a good speaker. I can clearly see how he made his rank: clear, concise, confident, and consistent communication and motivation.
