All Comments on 'The Passion of a Priest'

What a despicable person and amoral priest. A horrible story.

To have a character be so selfish, so contemptibly ignorant of Jackie. (I wanted to know what was her story. Why was she married to Roy? She seemed cowed by her husband, and the priest took advantage of her timidity and discomfort.

The story gets a 1 from me.

It may have gotten better after the middle of the second page but I doubt it. What I was able to stomach reading was bad. Really bad. Horribly bad. I don't have extra sympathy for priests and the concept has been covered in some pretty classic literature but this ain't one of those works. Wooden dialogue, lack of even halfway reasonable plot points plus so much bad writing, yech!

Despite the site's name, I don't expect much decent writing. But this was among the worst ever. Boring, pedestrian, plodding, as well as a truly depraved story.
