I hope you're still writing. I'd love to see another chapter here. If I may, I'd love to see the breaking of Pippa take place more through humiliation that through beatings. If feasible, may I recommend perhaps a few visits - a socialite her own age that starts to drive home the difference in her new status; an older friend of her family she used to like and respect, but now using her like the humble servant she now is; and maybe from one of Pippa former rich friends, driving home just how far she's fallen and closing the door on the idea of her ever returning to her previous socialite life. I feel you can really drag out the utter humiliation she would feel in each of those situations (and any more you can think of) and really connect that in her mind with her sexuality. Would also be entertaining to eventually return her to the authority of her step-mother to humiliatingly have to serve (in multiple ways) the woman she so detested and disrespected.
