Enjoyable story, but it continues the oft-mentioned myth that all the cum comes from the man's balls. In fact the semen from the balls is a tiny part of the cum which mostly comes from the prostate. Men who have had a vasectomy, as I have, still produce loads of cum, but it doesn't contain any semen. So a cream applied to the balls would have no impact on the volume of cum that the prostate produces.
